Interior repainting
A cheap interior quote saves money by skipping the hours nobody sees — filling nail holes, sanding patches flat, priming repairs so they do not flash through the finish. We write the preparation into the estimate so you can compare quotes on something other than price.

Program 02 · Weather and cure times
Exterior painting & coatings
Florida exteriors fail from moisture and movement, not from cheap paint. Pressure washing, repairing stucco cracks and renewing failed caulking come first, and we will not coat in conditions outside the product data sheet, even when the schedule would prefer it.
Program 03 · Degreased, or it peels
Cabinet & trim finishing
Kitchen cabinets carry cooking grease that no primer will bond through, so degreasing and sanding is the whole job. Painted cabinets that peel at the handles within a year were sprayed over grease — it is the single most common failure in this work.

Surface repair
Paint over a moisture problem and the paint fails, usually within a season, and the owner blames the paint. We identify what is causing the damage, repair what can be repaired, and tell you plainly when the cause is a leak that needs another trade first.
